To create an account on 14x, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Identity verification through national ID or passport may be mandatory. Accounts with false information will be immediately closed and related funds forfeited.

Keeping your login details (email, password) strictly confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all actions taken from your account. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Account Suspension and Closure
14x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following situations:
- If violations of terms or fraud are detected.
- If multiple accounts are attempted to be operated.
- When suspicious or unusual transaction activity is detected.
- Attempts to exploit technical features of the platform improperly.
If your account is closed, refunding valid funds is at 14x’s sole discretion.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 14x platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposit: Deposited funds usually reflect in your account within 5–30 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50.
- Withdrawals: Identity verification is required before withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method, ranging from 5 minutes up to 2 business days.
- Failed Transactions: 14x is not responsible for failed transactions caused by technical errors; however, you may contact the support team for assistance.
- Fraud Prevention: Accounts may be temporarily held while suspicious transactions are being verified.
If 14x offers any bonuses or promotional offers, separate terms will apply and be detailed in the offer descriptions.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users must comply with the following when using 14x services:
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform is strictly forbidden.
- Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to access other users’ accounts or collect their information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities is strictly forbidden.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these rules will result in permanent account suspension and may lead to legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property

Third Parties and Applicable Law
14x uses third-party payment services, which have their own terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved by Bangladeshi courts.
